Originally from London and based in Edinburgh for a decade, Luke Ellis was already an established figure in the barbering industry when we first featured him in 2024. As co-owner of Sink & Anchor Barbershop, he brought 15 years of experience in the hair industry, alongside award-winning work and involvement with Project Men and the Fellowship of British Hairdressers.
In our first feature, Luke shared his perspective on growth, discipline, and the mindset behind his journey — with a simple message: keep pushing yourself, keep improving, and focus on becoming better than you were yesterday.
